Thomas Anthony Prados

Tom was born March 24, 1982 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to Diana Marie Watkins Prados and Ronald Anthony Prados.

Tom spent most of his youth in "The Valley," the area of Sayre, Athens, PA and Waverly, NY. As an adult, Tom journeyed to St. Petersburg, FL where he made many friendships that have lasted decades. He continued his adventures moving to Colorado in 2021, making additional friends. Ultimately, Tom moved to Abingdon, Virginia with aspirations of starting an orchard, and beekeeping on his homestead.

Tom will forever be remembered by friends and family as one of the most kind-hearted men you will ever meet. He was funny, with a warm smile, and generous with his time and talents. He was loved by every person he met. An avid music lover, he enjoyed playing music, and attending concerts and festivals. Tom's heart was as large as his stature; he was a gentle giant.

Remaining to cherish Tom's memory are brothers Michael Prados, Paul Prados; sister-in-law Angie Prados; nephew and nieces Evan, Primrose, and Finch Prados; aunt Sharon and Darrell Horn; aunt Priscilla Watkins; uncle Robert (Bob) Edel; and his partner Gwendolyn Ragan. Preceeding Tom in death are his parents, Ronald & Diana Prados; and his aunt Sandra Edel.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 13th at Demaine Life Celebration Center, 45511 E. Severn Way Sterling, VA 20166 at 6:00 pm. Followed by Memorial services at 6:30 pm.
