Anton J. Majcen

Anton J. Majcen, CPD, age 84, of Batavia, IL passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021. Anton was born December 21, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to Anton and Millie (nee Podplotinek) Majcen. On August 17, 1957 Anton married Wilma L. Dion.

Loving husband of the late Wilma L. Majcen (nee Dion). Beloved father of Anton (Irina), Brenda (Rick) Budaitis, Gary (Dawn), Kris (Christine), Eric, CFD (Danielle), Aimee Escamilla. Cherished grandfather of Anthony, Joshua, Caleb, Breane, Brenna, Krista, Katie, Evelina, Jack, Leah, Gilbert, Jessica and Meghan.

Funeral Mass Monday, July 12, 2021 2:30 p.m. mass at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 2300 Main Street, Batavia, IL 60510 followed by a visitation at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 S. Oak Park Ave., Stickney, IL from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Chapel Prayers Tuesday, July 13, 2021 10:30 a.m. at Mount Auburn Funeral Home (708) 749-2033.

Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 7201 S. Archer Ave., Justice, IL 60458.
