I was a cheerleader and my birthday was November 1 7. We had a lot in common. He got to all of our hearts w/his charm & sense of humor. He nicknamed me gatita because my eyes slanted up. Many people after that said I had “cat’s eyes” so it always brought me back to think of him. He was always a good listener. I cried out and talked through about every relationship starting from 13. years old so he was a very patient listener. I never saw him after we graduated. Too bad! I could have used that shoulder a few more times. I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m sure he brought great joy to your lives. May peace be in place of his love for you now and always.

Artie, we will have such great war stories from CCSPD to tell once we all get up to heaven with you. Although I was a south sider, when I worked Leyden we were gimping into roll call in Rolling Meadows together trying to get our time in so we could retire. No more pain for you! Our memories go back to the begining, when we started. When it was actually fun to go to work. (And the fun we had after work too!) You will be missed brother!
My prayers and love to Arties family. What a great guy!
RIP my CCSPD brother!
