Carl is survived by his loving wife Diane [née Czopek], and his cherished children; Michael (Andrea), Carla, Jeanine (Scott) Urbanski, and Carl Jr. (Marlen). He will also be remembered by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
A wake will take place at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 South Oak Park Ave, on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026, between 4 pm and 8 pm. A morning visitation will take place at Mount Auburn, Wednesday, October 14th, 2026, at 9 am. A chapel funeral service will be held at 10:30 am.
Services will conclude with a burial at Mount Auburn Cemetery, following funeral.
