Carol H. Krainik, age 93 passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025. Carol was born on October 10, 1931 to her parents Frieda and George Seibert. Loving wife of Louis "Aleo" Krainik. Beloved mother of David (Eileen), Donna (Gerry) Sarussi and Laurie (Robert) Hartmann. Cherished grandmother of Jonathan, Amanda, Kevin, Matthew, Audrey, Emma, Logan and great-grandmother of Peter, Jack, Amelia, Benjamin, Jameson, Joshua and Giovanni. Dear sister of the late Russell, Ralph and Dorothy. Fond aunt and friend to many.
A visitation for Carol will be held Tuesday, August 19, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 South Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402. Family and friends can gather at Mount Auburn Funeral Home at 9:00 am on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Funeral Mass 11:30 am at St. Daniel the Prophet Church, 6612 W 54th St, Chicago, IL 60638.
