Carol L. Winters

Carol L. Winters, age 71, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on August 24, 2026. Born in Chicago, IL, on February 4, 1955, Carol was the daughter of the late Frances and Melvin Dixon. She resided in Berwyn, Illinois.

Carol grew in love, patience, compassion, and understanding, becoming more open and gentle with those around her. She embraced life with a renewed appreciation for the people she loved and the moments that mattered most. Her journey reflected her strength and resilience. Those who witnessed this transformation will always cherish the woman she became and the love she shared.

Carol was the mother of four children: Misti (Dan) Mancini, Ryan Winters, Danielle Winters, and Dominique Faulisi. She was a grandmother to Luke, Madeleine,

Briana, Mariah, and Giavanna, and a great-grandmother to Carmine and Raul.

Carol found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially dancing and the days she spent at the beach. She loved the warmth of the sun, the sound of the waves, and the peaceful moments shared with family. These memories will remain treasured by those who loved her.
