Carolyn is survived by her children Keith (Sandy) and Brian (Amy), and her grandchildren Kevin, Megan, Kaylee, and Ricky.
A visitation for Carolyn will be held Monday, December 20, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 South Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 AM.
