Charles is survived by his loving wife Pat, his son; Chuck (Laura); his daughter; Cindy "Sunshine" (Dan), his grandchildren; Charlie (Nathaly) and Maggie (Sam) Griffin, his great-grandchildren; Baker, Leo, and Penelope, his brother; Thomas, his sister-in-law; Linda, his former daughter-in-law and mother of his grandchildren; Barbara, and many nieces and nephews.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents; Thomas and Virginia, brothers; Robert (Karen) and Timothy, and sister; Darlene (Bernard) and sister-in-law; Betty.
Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Charles that will be held Friday, November 10th, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 South Oak Park Avenue, Stickney, Illinois 60402. A memorial service will take place that day at noon. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 PM at Mount Auburn Cemetery, 4101 South Oak Park Ave, Stickney, Illinois 60402.
