Dorothy Carter, age 83, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. She was born March 15, 1940. She is survived by her sister, Patricia, long time partner, Steve Jensen, nieces; Lena Jumper (Shane), Joelle Watley, and Cheryl (Oscar Martinez) Watley-Martinez, great-nephews; Kevin and Jason, and great-nieces; Patricia and Jasmine.
She was the dear daughter of the late Margaret and Ted, beloved sister of the late Joyce Watley, and cherished aunt of the late Randy Watley.
Funeral services are private. Sympathy may be expressed with donations to the Alzheimer's Association or The Theater of Western Springs.
