Esperanza Hernandez, age 73, of Chicago, Illinois passed away on Tuesday March 6, 2018. Esperanza was born December 15, 1944 in Chicago, IL to Esther Echavarria and Dolores Barco.

Esperanza is survived by her husband, Leopoldo Hernandez; daughter Dolores (Steve) Morales; daughter Maria Bargas; daughter Veronica Hernandez; and daughter Cynthia (Albert) Sandoval; sister Emilia Camarillo and brother's Moses, Daniel, Arthur, Samuel and Filomeno Barco; grandmother of 11 and great-grandmother of 27.

A visitation for Esperanza will be held Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 S. Oak Park Avenue, Stickney, IL 60402. A funeral service will occur Friday, March 9, 2018 at 10:30 AM, 4101 S. Oak Park Avenue, Stickney, IL 60402. A burial will occur Friday, March 9, 2018 at Mount Auburn Memorial Park, 4101 South Oak Park Ave, Stickney, Illinois 60402.
