Mommas you will forever be miss by alot of people here, I have known you since I was a young kid, I never forget the time you said I was immature let me say cause I never had the chance to say this before to you, You where 100% right and I thank you for telling me, Also you once said to me no matter what happens in my life never forget my Children I never did...you gave me a chance when others didn't and I thank you, I'll never forget you jumping out of the car with a baseball bat either, so many memories playing poor mans poker going to the race track and playing 7-1-4 your numbers, You have been the best Grandmother to my Children

Mom;
I love you so very much and I miss you beyond words...I know you are finally at peace and can be with Nana and Bobby. 

There are just so many memories I have of the two of us that I will treasure forever. Thank you mom for the late nights at the casino, getting lost every time went somewhere new, our lunches everyday at Walmart or at the house when Bobby was a baby, going for gyros or gravy breads after every Dr appointment, having lunch at the Bohemian Garden and eating the same thing every time; pork tenderloin with dumplings...yummy, ribs from the Patio(no sauce), your favorite salad; chopped salad from the Portillo's and the list goes on and on...the best thing about spending time with you Mom was that even if it was a half hour or a three hour dinner it was "our" time together. We always laughed and talked about "the kids" and ended by saying I love you.

You guided me through the challenges in my life every time, but let me make the choices. They may have not been all the right ones but as you always said learning from them is key. Thank you Mom for being the best listener I know...

Mom thank you for giving so much of yourself to my wonderful children(Vanessa,Valerie and Bobby-O). Each one of them shared a special bond with you that will be treasured forever. As their Mom I will give them all the love and support you gave me and cherish every moment I have with them...I know that next to Bobby, Eddie and I was your love for your grandchildren and great grandchildren. I now can appreciate that love since having my own grandchildren(Theresa, Gracie and Vinny). I will love making memories with all of them and also having that special bond with each of them...

I was truly blessed to have you as my mom. The strength you have given me and love you shared was truly amazing. I will forever work to make you proud. I know one of our last heart to heart discussions was something I will work on so that the real joys in life are treasured. 

Mom I can find comfort in knowing you are not in anymore pain and suffering and in a better place with other family members and special friends. Heck; I bet you even have your own personal slot machine. 

Mom I will forever choose to treasure the lifetime of memories you've given me, the unconditional love you gave to me and the strength you showed me every single day. Your love of music and dance and how much it touches the heart. Whenever I hear your favorites I will feel you on my shoulder singing along and smile.

Momas, weather it was the "hey sweetie" in a warm voice as I walked up to you, or an uplifting smile you'd always know how to put me in a good mood. I'm still baffled by how you've managed to make the best of relationships with paying customers, friends, and family members. There was a quality about you that made people smile, which I have yet to find in anyone else besides you. All I've wanted in the past three years was for you to rest peacefully and painless, and despite all the sorrow I have of losing you, my wish has now come true. R.I.P.

May God Bless and keep my dear friend, Gerry. For over 25 yrs. she made travalers at the Holiday feel confortable and in a home atmosphere. The Willowbrook Holiday Inn had a true angel taking care of its customers. She is now with other angels helping the Lord. Thank you, Gerry, for being part of my life. Gram, i love you so much i will really miss you you were the best grandmother a grand son could ever have.

Gram..I can't tell you how much I miss you. I miss coming to visit you, seeing you smile no matter what had happened just because your family was there. I miss hearing stories of when you were my age as we sat on my front steps. I miss getting you toilet paper and paper towels on Christmas. Your apartment, your hoop earrings, and those big tan sunglasses you never left the house without. I miss making your breakfast, how you always wanted your soup scalding with just about blackened toast. I miss seeing you beat me dad at poker. I know you were in a lot of pain these last few years, and I can't explain how much I wanted to take it all away from you. You're one of the strongest people I have ever known, and I'll always be thankful to have grown up learning from such an independent, carefree woman. You were this family's glue, and I don't think things will ever be the same without you there. You were an extraordinary person to everyone you met, and you'll never, ever be replaced. It makes it easier knowing you're with your son and mother..tell them I love them too! I love you so, so much, and you don't have to be strong anymore...we'll be strong for you.

Momas, I am privileged to have known such a wonderful person these last 10 years. I loved spending time with you especially when I used to bring you popsicles. The part of you I will miss the most is how you used to introduce me to everyone as your grandson and I could not have been more appreciative that you considered me as a part of your family. I love you and will miss you tremendously. I know you will be watching over us along with everyone else in Heaven.

Mrs.Rodriguez, you will truely be missed! Growing up with your daughter Gerry, I used to love going to your house because you always treated me like a family member. You always had a smile and kind words to say and you made the best spaghetti! I will always remember you and I know you're in a better place now! God bless you and your family, you will be missed!

Mom, I know you are in a better place free of pain, but I miss you so much already and it's just been a few days. Ma you were the best Mother any son could ever of had. Thank you for showing me how to take care, raise, and Love my children. You set the bar so high, but everyday I will try to be the best father I can. The times we spoke of how and why we have to be strong for our kids will be sorely missed. The strength you have is truly amazing you fought thru so much in your life it doesn't seem fair, although you always had a smile and something funny to say. You see the best in people, but Mom you seen the best in people because it was you who brought those things out in everyone you met. You were inspiration for all who knew you. Mom I love you more than any woods can ever explain, you were and always will be everything to me. Whenever I would tell anyone I was your son, I was so proud to just be able to say yes I'm Gerry's son. I remember when I was in the Scouts and we were on a trip, you were the only Mom to go down the zip line, that was you no fear. That's my mom. Everyday I will try to follow your example of how to be a good person treat people as you have taught me. Thank you for all you did for us as Kids, because there is nothing I would change the Love you gave the sacrifices you made are never forgotten and I understand them each day more clearly. Mom you are now with Gram and Bobby please tell them how much I love and miss them too. Mom simply put I Love and miss you more every second of every minute of everyday your gone, but Mom, you will never be gone to me, because you are in my heart and soul and will be forever and I will never let you go not ever.

Momas, I would give anything to have you rub my head like I was a little girl & for you to whisper to me how much you love me. To have dinner just you and I while working the coat room, or holding hands while shopping together. I miss you so much it hurts. Your strength was like nothing I have ever experienced. I am so proud to be your granddaughter, I have millions of memories with you, that I will forever be grateful for. You taught me how to cook, clean, have faith, and how to love. No-one ever met Geri without just falling in love with the woman!  I worked with her for 10 yrs. at Holiday Inn, best 10 yrs. of my life. She ran the concierge, full of the best people one could ever know.Loyal, loving, never sat in judgement....adored her family. Thanks Geri for the wonderful memories!!!  My heart is broken, but I can see you up in heaven with that big smile....winning every hand of poker. You were one of a kind,lady!  I cherish the pics. I have. Prayers to your family. God bless

Ma..you were the best mother in law a girl could ever ask for. You showed us nothing but unconditional love and generosity.
