(May 15, 2012) in Lyons, Illinois. Devoted
daughter of James A. Basak and Helen
(Reznik) Basak. Beleagured and steadfast,
single mother of Drew J and Damon C Bernklau. Beloved
Aunt of Karleen, Kris, Ken and Kimmy. Forever
bound in love to her best friend and most trusted
confidant Charmaine Reznik and her
affectionate family. Loving sister of her
oldest brother Kenneth. Graduated from
Lincoln Grade School in Lyons, Morton West
High School and Morton College.
Services will be held Friday, May 18, 2012 4 pm to 8 pm
at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 S. Oak Park Ave.
Stickney, IL
Funeral service will be held that evening.
