James was the loving father of Melanie (Larry) Lagesse, James A. (Darlene), Daniel (Suzanne), Michael, and Nicole (Lance) Handzel; Dearest grandfather of Sarah, Megan, Maxine, Stephanie, Vincenza, and Bruno, and cherished brother of Jaqueline Sutton.
James is proceeded in death by his beloved wife of 66 years, Monica.
A visitation for James will be held Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 South Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402.
