Jerry is survived by his sister Marie (William) Uher.
Brother-in-law of John Kozlowski and Connie San Filippo. Dear uncle and great-uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Jerry was preceded in death by; his loving parents Herbert and Esther Patz; sister Bernice (John) Kozlowski; brother Herbert (the late Darlene) Patz Jr.; brother Theodore Patz; sister Rose Harper and sister Madeline(the late Dominic; Connie) San Filippo.

A visitation and funeral service for Jerry will be held Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 11:00 AM until time of chapel service at 2:00 PM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 S. Oak Park Avenue, Stickney, Illinois 60402. Followed by burial at Mount Auburn Memorial Park, 4101 Oak Park Ave, Stickney, Illinois 60402-4442.
