Lucille T. Ledvina, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021. Lucille was born February 5, 1942 in Oak Park, Illinois.

Lucille Simkus Ledvina was born to Peter and Lucille Simkus.Along with George F. Ledvina (deceased), her husband of 40+ years, they raised 4 beautiful children in Summit, IL. Her life was rich as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend. Lu could always tell you something special about every person in her life and never missed sending a greeting card.

She will be remembered for her attention to detail, wonderful memory and love of family. For over 25 years, she worked at the Feed Store in Summit and all family pets benefited greatly. Always up for a board game or friendly conversation, special memories with family and friends were created. She will be missed dearly.

Loving wife of the late George F. Ledvina. Beloved mother of Darrel (Mary Lou) Ledvina; Lisa (George) Johnson; Dean (Kathy) Ledvina; David (Andrea) Ledvina.

Cherished grandmother of Peter, Allen, Thomas, Michelle, Kimberly, Eric, Cassandra, Melissa, Dylan, Dakota, Alanna, Olivia, Kate and Luke.

Dear great-grandmother of Emma and Avery.

Visitation and services will be private due to Covid 19.

Final resting place will be at Mount Auburn Cemtery.
