Pat is survived by her beloved children; Chuck (Laura) and Cindy "Sunshine" (Dan), her cherished grandchildren; Charlie (Nathaly) and Maggie (Sam) Griffin, her dear great-grandchildren; Baker, Leo, Penelope, and Lucia, her sister, Nancy (the late Ben), and her former daughter-in-law and mother of her grandchildren; Barbara (Tom), as well as many nieces and nephews.
Pat is preceded in death by her husband; Charles "Chick", and her parents; Joseph and Dorothy.
A visitation in celebration of Pat's life will take place at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 South Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402, on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A service will take place that day at 11:30 am. A committal service will be held at Mount Auburn Cemetery following the memorial visitation.
