Patricia will be remembered for a steady patience that made others feel unhurried in her presence, for an honesty that was clear and dependable, and for a gentleness that showed itself in quiet, everyday ways. Above all, she carried a kind heart—one that made room for family, for listening, and for the simple comforts that turn ordinary days into lasting memories.
Patricia was married for 69 years to the late John Raschke. She was a devoted mother to David (Carol), the late Thomas (Ayde), the late Cheryl (Jake) Weimer, the late Janice (Dan) Bohan, Daniel, Cynthia (the late Lido) Niccolai, Mark (Gale), and Christopher.
Her family grew to include grandchildren Eric, Heather, John, Roberto, Suzy, Danny, Meghan, Mike, Kari, Randy, Natalie, Carl, and Angela, as well as great-grandchildren Maya, Lena, Chloe, Liam, and Jonathan.
In her quieter hours, Patricia found companionship in familiar voices and stories—an avid WGN listener who also enjoyed As the World Turns, she appreciated the comfort of routines and the sense of connection they brought.
