Steve was born in Elgin, Illinois, on November 18, 1959, to his parents, Arthur and Mary Ann.
Steve will be remembered by his loving sisters, Connie Rogalski, Christine Ofloy, and Sandy Ofloy, as well as his countless nieces and nephews whom he adored. Aside from family, Steve touched the lives of many and will eternally leave an impression on their hearts.
Steve suffered many years of adversity and hardship regarding his health but took it all with great stride and a positive attitude. He greeted everyone with kindness and a smile and showed incredible strength through all the trials in his life. After a lifetime of struggles, he finally has the peace which he so deserves.
A memorial service for Steve will be held at Faith Community Church (6825 40th St, Stickney, IL 60402) at 2:00 PM on January 27, 2024.
