Happy birthday month. This month is going to be twice as hard for me because of your birthday- the first of which we will not be spending together eating strawberry shortcake- and Mothers day-- so it will be a ONE_TWO wallop! I know that you are watching over Steve, Me and the kids... we feel your spirit all the time... but it is not the same as having you here physically-- we really miss you very much. A day does not go by that I do not think of our Susie.  She was our Angel and my link to the Halek Family.  Without her I would have never gotten to know some very wonderful people.  Susie, you were gone tooooo soon, but as we know, you are in the most beautiful place ever, and you are dancing, singing and joking around.  We are selfish for wanting you here with us, only because we LOVE you soooo much.  I will watch over Kelly and he family for you.

Kassidy reads her "Little Angel book" every night before bed. Everytime we read it she gets the biggest kick out of how the little angel sits for the tea party, wears the helmut when they go bike riding, and basically does all the fun things you and she used to do together when you were here. It tickles her that the angel is "LITTLE" like little Gramma, and has light brown hair. I think you infused some of your spirit into her, she is a practical joker and prankster just like you were.I cherish these"SUZIE" qualities everyday-- it is like I still have a little piece of you here with me.
