William Joseph Woods, age 87, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021. William was born September 20, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois. Formerly of Cape Coral, Florida and Brookfield, Illinois. Retired from International Harvester. Served proudly in the Illinois Air National Guard for 33 years.
Loving husband of the late Rose Marie Woods (nee Sadek), Beloved father of Michael (Jennifer) and Greg (Heather); Cherished grandfather of Ben, Josh, Nate, Rose, Leo, Alma and Sam. William is also survived by his younger sister Barbara Sekerka of Alexandria, Virginia.
Visitation Monday, May 17, 2021 form 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 S. Oak Park Avenue, Stickney, IL 60402. Chapel Funeral Service at 11:00a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Auburn Memorial Park.
