Wilmer Rodriguez, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025. Wilmer was born on January 20, 1938 in Yauco, Puerto Rico to his parents Ramona Camacho and Pedro Rodriguez. Loving husband of Carmen nee, Nandino. Beloved father of William Rodriguez, Belinda Rodriguez, Yolanda Rodriguez, Karina (Edgar) Escobedo, Cristina Rodriguez and the late Norma Rodriguez. Cherished grandfather of Vanessa, Carlos, Joshua, Luzia and great-grandfather of Raven, Virgil and Jordynn.
Wilmer and Carmen were married for nearly 50 years. He was devoted to his family and his faith. He served as a Deacon for the Catholic Church for 12 years. He will be hugely missed by his family.
A visitation for Wilmer will be held Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 South Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402. Funeral service Friday, September 12, 2025 family and friends can gather at 9:00 am at Mount Auburn Funeral Home. Chapel service at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Mount Auburn Memorial Park, Stickney, IL .
