

Barbara was born in St Mary Jamaica West Indies, Daughter of Muriel Anderson and John Fyffe (deceased) She attended Spanish Town Primary, Junior Secondary High School, and accomplished an O Level in General Education.
Upon coming to New York, she worked at Cornell Medical Center as a phlebotomist then on Wall Street in Marketing.
She later moved to Georgia, and was employed by Drexel Lemberg Stock marketing firm. During her employment at Drexel Lumberg, she also worked as a Missionary traveling to different countries fueling her passion by helping others and ministering the gospel throughout Africa, Israel, Mexico and Costa Rica. Growing up in Jamaica she worked alongside her father in farming, and she carried that likeness into her own home by creating her own “Rose Garden” for everyone to see. Barbara was very outspoken, funny, energetic and loved to debates and held on to her point of view. She loved to sing Jamaican Spiritual Revival songs, one of her most Favorite was “I Want a Rival in My Soul”.
She is survived by her husband Kenneth Jackson, daughter Nicole Yee Sing-Batson, Son-in-law Richard Batson, three grandchildren Christian, Aria and Annaliese, sisters Lovern, Millicent, Eunice and Lorraine, Niece: Christine, Nephew: Wade, Bobby, Friends: Joan, Joan Hamilton, Annie, Lejune and a slew of other families and friends.
Barbara will be missed dearly by her families and friends
