Betty Louise Harper age 74 of Atlanta passed away Tuesday March 15th at her residence. Funeral services for Mrs. Harper will be conducted on Tuesday March 22nd in the chapel of Horis A. Ward-Fairview Chapel at 1:00 pm with Rev. Richard Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday March 21st from 4-8:00 pm. Mrs. Harper was preceded in death by her father and mother; Hiram Berton and Estelle Louise Morris Long. Son's; Danny Ray Harper, Sr., Horis (PI) Harper and Jerry Harper. Grandson Danny Ray Harper, Jr. and Great grandson; Braidyn Spencer. She is survived by daughter; Debra Spencer of Atlanta. Sons; Howard Wayne (Red Top) and Michael Harper of Atlanta.Grandchildren; Tonya Groover, David Groover, Brittany Spencer, Brian Harper, Sonya Baker, Chad Harper, Dylan Owens, Trevor Groover, Timber Groover, Brent Groover, Stacy Tatum and Macy Tatum.
