Betty Jo Clark, age 80, passed away after a brief illness on September 1, 2023. She was born in Atlanta, Ga to the late Doyle A. Johnson and Mary Thompson Johnson from Decatur, GA. BJ was one of the most caring and considerate people, and as a true believer in Jesus Christ, she believed her calling was to care for others. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Benton (Greg), grandchildren, Abbey Watkins (Noah), Allie Suessmith (Charlie), Scott Benton (Ashlyn) and great-grand children, Cardin Watkins, Wyatt Watkins, and Cort Suessmith. She was loved very much and will be missed by all!
