Billy Partain age 77 of Ellenwood passed away on June 14, 2010. Mr. Partain is a member of Eastside Baptist Church. He retired as a decorator from Goodman Decorator’s and from The State of Georgia. Mr. Partain is survived by his wife Louise Partain, children Janice and Randall Patterson, Janet and Mike Roper, Bruce and Felicia Partain, 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren. Funeral service for Mr. Partain will be held on Friday June 18, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Horis A. Ward Fairview Chapel with Rev. James Ward officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends on Wednesday June 16, and Thursday June 17, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
