A visitation for Billy will be held Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. at Wards Fairview Chapel. A celebration of life will occur Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM. in the Wards Fairview Chapel. A burial will occur at Eastview Cemetery, Conyers, Georgia. Billy was predeceased by his daughter Connie Manis. Survivors are his wife Ellen, two children Tina Bartlett (Dan) and Wanda Bowen (Jeff), 6 Grandchildren, 9 Great grandchildren, son-in-law Danny Manis, three sisters Jane Cooper (Vic), Jody Barron and Terri Perkins (Keith).
