A visitation for Carlene will be held Monday, October 8, 2018 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Wards Fairview Chapel. A memorial service will start at 3:00 PM. An inurnment will occur at Fairview Memorial Gardens, Stockbridge, Georgia at a later date. Rene is survived by her husband H.A. Ward III, daughter Catherine Campbell, son Everitt Campbell, step-daughter Haley Ward, mother Sue Smith, father and step-mother Carl & Pearline Smith, two sisters Maria Mitchell (Sonny), and Joy Bellow (Michael) several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
