Bless it be the Lord. For he got a great one. In my friend Cecil Jackson. I will always remember his smile. To  my family and friends. We must allow the legacy. To live on. He may be gone. But never will he be forgotten.

For All The People That Cecil Jackson Gave A Beautiful Smile Hold On To It Because They Can Not Be Replaced They Are Precious. Now That He Has Brought Tears To Our Eyes, And Pain To Our Heart Because He Is No Longer With Us .Rest In Peace You Will TRULY Be Missed Love Always

Junior lived with our family while in high school in Delhi, NY. This was his senior picture. He was the life of the party - always upbeat and a wonderful addition to our family. Fortunately I was able to see Junior last summer. I felt like I’d seen him just the day before. He loved my mom & we all loved him!

When I first met Cecil, more than 15 years ago, I saw someone who could laugh at anything and who loved his friends like they were family. He had the remarkable ability to be able to brush from his shoulder the chaos of life, worries and distractions that keep most of us from remembering the simple truths like following your heart and helping those that need you. Cecil was always busy. He never wasted a minute of his life not being helpful, doing something he was passionate about, or enjoying life. He had the courage to bring youthful enthusiasm and a smile into moments that would have been tedious and dull without him. Above all, the most incredible thing I remember about Cecil is that he was motivated to heal and help others through his work. Cecil was the best technician you could ask for. With his skill, he literally gave people back their smiles. Impacting hundreds of lives this way, throughout his career, the world is made a happier place because of Cecil’s time on it.

I haven't known Cecil for very long he's the father in law to my daughter. Our grandson Tash was most fond of Cecil his Papi, my heart hurts knowing Tash can't understand at this time what's going on. I will help to keep his memory alive for our grandson. Cecil was always easy going when I was around. My sincere condolences to Valerie (Vmae) and family. 💙

I remember Junior well. He was so much fun to be with. He taught me many lessons about life. I lost complete touch with him when we both left Delhi. RIP.

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Cecil's passing.  We were childhood friends in Delhi, NY where "Junior" lived with the Gerry Breen family.  I have many happy memories of our high school times together.  Lots of fun and hijinks and escapades.  Junior was a warm, funny,  good, and caring guy.  I was fortunate to see him last summer in upstate New York and now am especially glad for that.  Sending deepest condolences to Lyndon and Junior's family.

I’m so sad to hear about my old coworker and friend Cecil passing. Condolences to his family. It was an honor knowing such a great person and I’ll never forget how much my dad liked Cecil. I have so many great memories of laughing and cutting up with Cecil. I will miss him and look forward to seeing him laughing and smiling in Glory!

To the family, I extend sincere condolences.  It is my prayer that God will continue to strengthen and keep you during times as this. I met your love one through Deborah Blackmon. He was a very sweet and kind soul. As you often think about him, I encourage you to remember his sweet spirit and his servitude toward mankind.
