I met Dallas in 1986 when I married his best friend James. He was best man at our wedding. I've never met anyone with a bigger heart than Dallas. He could make you laugh telling about his experiences in life. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. My sympathy goes out to all his family.

I met Dallas in January 2009 after his laryngectomy surgery. He was a big fighter and big inspiration for other cancer patients. Dallas always spread optimism and hope when he talked at our small larynx cancer survivors group. He will be greatly missed.
