She gave Life and Love to all that had the opportunity to have known her and Ralph.
Go Rest High and lifted up in your eternal Glory with all that have gone before.

When I think about Nana  when anyone thinks about Nana you can’t help to think she is the sweetest kindest person.you have ever met. Her and Papa were always there when you needed them they gave the coats off their backs so you would not do without and never complained. A Birthday card was never late she always was so thoughtful. I loved sitting around table and talking to her and listening to her stories ....stories of her and Papa’s adventures going to the store  (Papa always got the wrong thing 😁)......stories of when she was little like her walking to movie theater when she was 9 in Atlanta when Atlanta was dirt roads paying  5 cents to watch a movie. I loved  her red lipstick she had to put on before taking family pictures, her favorite perfume Opium, her sweet southern speak like golly gee and no one can say sugah quite like Nana. Nana will be missed so much.                                                                          I love you sweet Nana !

Ralph & Virginia, Daddy & Momma, Nana & Papa; whatever name you called them, they were dedicated & LOVED their family, through thick and thin, through the good and bad, they raised 5 children that bless them with many great & grandchildren who loved them so.

Sweet Nana, you have been loved by so many and will be missed so much! You have always been there for your whole family whether it be cooking your delicious meals, babysitting or giving words of encouragement. I'm very thankful for all the times you have been there for me, Emily and Kylee! I love you Nana!

The last few years, it has been hard to see Nana without Papa.  I thank the Lord for such a blessing that Nana & Papa was to me.  She was the sweet gentle touch and he was the warm encouraging hug.   They loved each other so much through 71 years of marriage.   Now they can spend eternity with our Lord in heaven.  I love you and I will miss you.

Nana had a true beautiful southern belle within her. She was nurturing, kind, and always made you feel like you were of top importance in her world. Her voice will forever live in my memories. And no one can do her cake recipe quite like her. But we will make sure “Danny Boy” will have one each year for his birthday. She would want to make sure of it. 


She was one of the best mother in laws any one could have ask for. She will be deeply missed. She was deeply loved by so many people and I am so grateful to have been one in her life. Rest In Peace Sweet And Precious Lady and you keep them start up there. Love You So Much
