Bruce is survived by his wife, Martha Hill Bailey; his daughter, Pamela Bailey West; his granddaughter, Kendall Alyse West; his sister, Loretta Bailey Clark and Paul Clark; many nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews; great, great nieces and great, great nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 23, 2013 at 12:00pm at Horis A. Ward Fairview. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 10am-12pm.
