

Gary Farrill was born on February 18, 1958, in Decatur, Georgia. A talented engine builder by trade, Gary dedicated 18 years of his career to Automotive Precision Machinery, where he was known for his skill, dedication, and strong work ethic—until the business eventually closed its doors.
A passionate motorcyclist, Gary found true joy on the open road, especially atop his favorite Harley-Davidson. He also had a deep appreciation for classic Mustangs and was an avid coin collector, always on the hunt for hidden treasures and unique finds.
Beyond his passions, Gary was a devoted son. He lovingly cared for his mother in her later years, fulfilling a solemn promise made to his father—a testament to his loyalty and strength of character.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Geneva Farrill; his brother, Tommy Farrill; his sisters, Patricia Milsaps, Marian Boyd, and Lisa Russell; and his brother-in-law, Allan Russell.
He is survived by his brothers-in-law, Phil Boyd and Paul Milsaps; nephews, Michael Boyd (Ashley), Wesley Russell (Jessica), and Stephen Boyd; niece, Nikki Crawford; great-nieces and nephews, Tommy Boyd, Laura Boyd, VJ Armenia, Zachery Armenia, Cailye Armenia, Olivia Russell, Stevie Boyd (Deea), and Emmy Boyd; as well as four beloved great-great-nieces.
Gary’s kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering love for his family and passions will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A graveside celebration of life for Gary will be held Friday, September 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Fairview Memorial Gardens, 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281.
