Gary Eugene Plemmons

As a long time resident of Henry County, Gary was a proud member of the Georgia Fish and Wildlife conservation, and an active outdoorsman. With an avid love for fishing, Gary was also a skilled master mechanic, having the ability to fix anything with a motor.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Plemmons; two brothers, Jeff and Jerry Plemmons; one sister, Alicia (Randy) Turley; and a step-son, Robert Iaconis, Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife of 24 happy years, Lorraine Plemmons; brother, Steve Plemons; two children, Shauna (David) Rogers and Eric (Amber) Plemmons; two loving step-children, Rich (Michelle) Iaconis and Kathy (Mike) Raudabaugh; along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other loving family members.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel | 376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. A celebration of Gary's life will take place Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Ward's Chapel. Services will conclude with a graveside committal at Fairview Memorial Gardens | 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281.
