Gloria J. Chamlee departed this life peacefully on November 20, 2022 with her loving family by her side. Gloria was born on September 20, 1932 to Farest Jones and Lelah Farmer in Conyers, GA. She enjoyed life and those around her. Gloria was an active member of the Hidden Valley Senior Center, being a woman of faith, she also was a member of Anvil Block United Methodist Church. Leaning on her faith, allowed her to win her battle with cancer five times, becoming a SURVIVOR! In her spare time she loved to travel while spending time with her children and grandchildren. Gloria’s life will forever be remembered and cherished by Dwayne Chamlee of Stockbridge, GA, Regina Pearson of Dalton, GA, Elaine Kennedy of Fort Smith, AR, William Yawn of Stockbridge, GA, Michael Yawn of Fort Smith, AR, Steven Chamlee of Griffin, GA, Catriana Dunn and Tanya Pearson of Dalton, GA, along with five great grandchildren.
A graveside celebration of life for Gloria will be held Monday, November 28, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Fairview Memorial Gardens, 176 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281.
