A burial for Hazel will be held Saturday, December 29, at Fairview Memorial Garden 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia. A visitation will occur Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 12:00 PM. to 2:00 pm. at Wards Fairview Chapel. A celebration of life will begin at 2:00 PM. in the funeral home chapel. Hazel was predeceased by her parents Thomas & Betsy Proctor, five brothers Elmer, R.V., Bobby, McKinnley and Clyde Proctor, four sisters Lavata Babson, Virginia White, Arlene Moore and Maxine Robbins. Survivors are three sons Larry Bevans (Dianna), Jack Carter Jr.. (Patsy), and Donald Carter (Connie), sister Lorraine Saunders, seven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
