Henry Luke Mays, age 97, of Stockbridge, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013, at 11:00am at North Henry Baptist Church, with Rev. Stan Jordan officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens, in Stockbridge.
Mr. Mays was a charter member of North Henry Baptist Church. He was also a WWII and Korea war veteran. He will be greatly missed by his children, Gloria and Richard Coffey, of Stockbridge, Ken and Rita McLeod, of Marietta, and Dr. Frank and Joann McLeod, of Powder Spring; a brother Claude T. Mays, of Snellville; 8 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday, March 15, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
