Hugh was born on September 18, 1948, in Atlanta, Georgia. He was a proud Vietnam veteran and a hardworking man who always liked to stay busy. Despite his strong work ethic, he made time for the things he enjoyed most, including fishing, wrestling, sports, and science fiction. However, his greatest passion was music. He was a huge fan of Elvis Presley and loved singing his songs, whether at karaoke or simply for those around him. Sharing his love of Elvis and music brought him tremendous joy.
