Iris Stephan Worthen

Iris Worthen was the son of two loving parents, the late Emily Ruth Worthen (mother) and Sammie Lee Worthen (father). He was the brother to two loving siblings, Robin Worthen (sister) and Steven Daniels (brother). He was an uncle to Ashley Hill. Iris leaves three aunts and one uncle to cherish his memory. He also leaves a special cousin, Deborah “Sue” Kendall and a host of cousins.

Iris Worthen served four years in the United States Army. After the military, he retired as a truck driver.

It is with heavy hearts, but bountiful gratitude that Iris Stephan Worthen has gone to be with our God. Although, we will miss him, we are overjoyed that he is eternally healed and look forward to the day when we will meet him again.

Public Viewing for Iris will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024 from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM in The Fairview Suite at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. A Celebration of Life will occur on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 12:00 Noon in The Fairview Suite. The Interment will immediately follow in Kennedy Memorial Gardens, 2500 River Road, Ellenwood, Georgia 30294.
