She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who lived to love and be loved by five generations of her family. She is survived by her sons, David Lee Bagley (Portia), Randy Jackson Bagley (Crystal), and Kenneth Neal Bagley (Kenette); her grandchildren, Angela, Amanda, Scotty, Melinda, Jennifer, Karen, Kelley, Christopher, Brandon, Kayla, and Kelly; and 20 great and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Jackson Bagley; her daughter, Sandra Bagley; and her son, Richard Glynn Bagley.
A visitation of family and friends will be held for Isabelle on Monday, December 18, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel | 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. A celebration of her life will occur on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM in Ward's Chapel. Services will conclude with a graveside committal at approximately 1:00 PM at College Park Cemetery | 3600 Adams Street, College Park, GA 30337.
