Loving father of John H. Crowthers, Linda A. Bouhadana (Yair), Michelle Mattson (Eric), and Edward A. Crowthers (Sheila). He is also survived by grandchildren: Melissa, Nicholas, Kenny, Jessica, Jason, Hayden, Joseph, Julia, great grandchildren: Madison, Ryan, Jackson, Elijah, Alaina, Easton, and Holden, his sister, Marie Hubbs (Al), nephew, Alfred Hubbs, niece, Rachel Hubbs, loving family and friends.
John was a life-long member and Assistant Scoutmaster for over 37 years with the Boy Scouts of America.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 4 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281 where a memorial service will immediately begin at 5 p.m. A private burial will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to: St. Jude’s Hospital for Children for cancer research, and American Cancer Society.
