John Charles Hoek, age 65, of Jackson, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 15, 2015, at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel at 1pm, with Harry Michael officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by: children; Rebae & Charlie Kelly, Jody & Beth Hoek and Chad Hoek, 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, siblings; MaryAnn Campbell, Bart & Donna Hoek, Ted & Becky Merritt and Tony & RoseAnn Mullins.
He was preceded in death by wife, Donna Jo Hoek and parents, Bart and Nita Hoek.
