Juanett Darlene Casey

Juanett Darlene Casey, a loving and devoted individual, passed away on November 11, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on April 1, 1951, in Atlanta, GA, she was the cherished daughter of the late Pierce and Sarah Jewel Simpson.

Juanett had a distinguished career with Henry County transportation, where she dedicated 30 years of service. She began her career as a dispatcher and worked her way up to the position of supervisor, earning respect and admiration from her colleagues.

A proud grandmother, Juanett had a passion for stargazing, gardening, camping trips, and spending quality time with her family and her fur babies.

She is survived by her daughter, Christina and son-in-law Mike King of Jackson, GA; her son, Kevin Buffalo of Jackson; her sister, Myra and brother-in-law Colin Bugden of Bournemouth, England; her granddaughter, Ashley and spouse Journey Weathers of Charlotte, NC; Logan Buffalo of Newnan, GA; Solimaris Nycole Buffalo of Humacao, PR; and a number of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Vivian Adcock. She also leaves behind her sisters Rachel Shaw and Hazel Redd.

Visitation and funeral services will be held on November 20, 2025. The visitation will begin at 11:00 am, followed by the service at 1:00 pm at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home in the Fairview Chapel in Henry County, GA, with Pastor Rick Moncrief officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens.

Juanett will be fondly remembered by all who knew her, and her legacy of love and dedication will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
