Kelly was born in Atlanta, GA on October 11, 1968 to the late Phyllis Manzella.
Kelly loved to play golf, fish, pool, coaching, his animals, spending time with his family, his wife Rhonda, and his twin grandbabies. He especially loved football and his all-time favorite team was The Dallas Cowboys.
Kelly was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Manzella; grandparents, EJ and Mary Harper;
aunts, Gail Cooper and Peggy Phillips; uncles, Charles Harper and Buddy Harper; and cousin, Misty Youmans who was also raised by Ms. Phyllis Manzella.
He leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife, Rhonda Lynn Manzella, two children, Justin Manzella and Shelby Spence (Tyler); two grandchildren, Sawyer and Autumn Spence; one sister, Kimberly Phillips; niece, Nikki Phillips and nephew, Ryan Stewart; his pets Petey, Dakota, Luna and Rocky; and a host of cousins, and dear friends.
A Celebration of Life for Kelly will be held Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel | 376 Fairview Road Stockbridge, Georgia 30281.
