Larry M Baugh Jr.

Larry was born in Atlanta, Ga on Oct 14, 1972 to proud parents Karen Marcia Cooley and Larry Michael Baugh Sr. Larry graduated from Alonzo Crim Comprehensive High School in 1991 and started a successful career in the food and beverage industry. Larry served as banquet manager for several private clubs in the ClubCorp network.

Larry welcomed a son, Larry Michael Baugh III, on November 1, 1992. He met Shawn Wilson Baugh on June 26, 1995 and they married four years later on June 26, 1999. Larry was a dedicated family man, valued coworker and respected friend. He loved spending time with his dogs, watching sci-fi programs and scary movies, relaxing at a cabin in the mountains and shooting fireworks. Larry’s easy going personality, twinkling eyes and big smile will be deeply missed.

Larry is survived by his wife, Shawn Wilson Baugh; son, Larry Michael Baugh III; mother, Karen Marcia Cooley; father, Larry Michael Baugh, Sr; uncles: Steven (Betty) Cooley and Bernard (Priscilla) Cooley; aunts: Cecelia Cooley, Cynthia Cooley and Renee Baugh; numerous cousins, beaucoup in laws and many friends.

A visitation will be held for Larry on Saturday Sept 20, 2025, 9 am to 11 am at Horis A Ward Fairview Chapel | 376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, Ga 30281. A celebration of his life will take place at 11 am immediately following visitation. Services will conclude with graveside committal at Fairview Memorial Gardens | 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Ga 30281.
