You will never know how special my mom and I felt knowing that you were coming to her party. I will forever be grateful that I got to spend my moms 65th with all the women who are a mother to me. But now that I know this was your last time, and my last trip home being able to see you smile, give me a hug and a kiss, and hear you say I love you. I will cherish this event even more now.

Momma Letty - PT.2 
You encouraged me to travel and experience the world, and to send you a cup and if possible the currency, which is great because it makes it easy to look since Neftaly likes cups as well. I then started to challenge myself to find you guys the best cups on every trip. The joy I got watching the videos of you saying “thank you” or the text I got to read… man those made my day. Momma Letty, you were such a strong example of faith in my life, and even through this entire battle you remained. So thank you. Thank you for showing me true and unconditional love, because you had that with Jesus and now I know what to strive for. No matter the battle, no matter the fear, you remained. I give God the glory for allowing you to love me for almost 20 years. 
You have officially loved me more than 1/2 my life, and I will forever be grateful. You have poured into and prayed over my and my family… and look at us now! Most people would never know the struggle looking at us now! You know that my momma, has your baby now (and she also has the other Tribe moms, and Mrs.Carmen) Momma Letty, you became a mother to us all (the Tribe), we’ve been there through it all… You know I got our girl and Enzo…. But trust me when I say the me and the Tribe and the moms, we got Alex too. Te amo mucho momma Letty. Gracias para todo los años que me tú amos ( listen I’m still learning, but you know what I’m mean). 
One last thing, ima snitch on myself before I go do it, especially since you always said it to do it…. But I get my first tattoo tomorrow, in honor of you <3

Momma Letty - PT.1
The time has officially come where I have had to say goodbye. I know you can’t read this but it doesn’t stop me from wanting to thank you, and for giving something to Neftaly and Enzo and Alex to read. So this is for you guys. 
Momma Letty and your family saved me. God brought Neftaly into my life during the darkest time with my own. You women and then Brian and Alex, along with the rest of the family have poured into and loved on me and that’s because of how you accepted me. Momma Letty, you know I gave you that name after our first meeting. Because I never thought I would be close to my mom again, and I wanted another one… and I loved how I saw you treat your daughter. Now did you stay on us to ensure we were walking the correct path… ABSOLUTELY! I remember you telling me “to not worry about any boys, and to focus on finishing school.” The other girls were dating and you told me to focus… so I focused. You fussed at me for not having learned Spanish after all these years… and for the past 587 days and counting I’ve been learning. I remember being so excited to see you in Sept at my mom’s party just to show you I’ve been learning.

Letty sempre foi um exemplo de amiga, mulher, filha e esposa… Uma mulher virtuosa, inteligente, com um coração enorme! 
Agradeço pela dádiva de participar e compartilhar momentos únicos em família. Será sempre um exemplo de mulher pra mim, sentirei muita saudade… Que Deus traga conforto e consolo há todos que amava você principalmente sua família, tenho certeza que está em um maravilhoso paraíso ao lado do nossa Pai. Descanse em paz Letty!!!

I’ve been at a loss for words. I’ve retyped this post so many times over the last few days. I’m still in disbelief.
I met you over 20 years ago. I was probably around 14 when my mom became your client and you had your office space in Riverdale. You were always full of happiness, goals, and good energy.
When I became pregnant, you gave me so much advice and guided me when I started working at the clinic where you once worked. You also taught me how to do income tax and gave me the opportunity to work for you from 2011 to 2013, and again a couple of years ago. Thank you so much for trusting me and guiding me.
Letty Vieira, you were such a strong and kind woman  — an inspiration to so many. I thank God for having met you. You will truly be missed. Rest in Paradise.

I had the privilege of working under the guidance of someone who was not only an exceptional leader but also a dear family friend.

She took a chance on me when I had no experience. What began as a temporary role turned into a lasting chapter that I know was part of God’s plan. 

Her wisdom, generosity, and strength touched everyone around her. I’m deeply grateful for the years we shared and the lessons she imparted, both professionally and personally. Her absence leaves a space that can never truly be filled, but the memories and the love she gave will stay with us always. Letty Vieira will be immensely missed.

My family and I thank the Lord for blessing us with Letty in our lives. It was a joy to witness the strong and beautiful friendship she shared with my mother — a bond that flourished for more than 30 years. Letty embodied pure joy, love, and charisma. She was strong, fierce, and a devoted servant of the Lord, filling every room with her radiant smile and uplifting spirit.

Letty had a profound impact on our faith and our walk with the Lord. Through her unwavering example, we grew closer to Him and learned what it truly means to serve with love, strength, and grace.

By faith, we find comfort knowing that while her physical journey has ended on earth, her beautiful soul has transcended and returned to the Lord.

Thank you, Tia Letty, for all the love and support. We will carry you in our hearts until we meet again.

You weren’t just my boss. You were a friend, you were family. I will never stop appreciating the doors you opened for me. When I was 17, fresh out of high school, I never imagined I would be given the opportunities you gave me. You believed in me before I believed in myself, and that’s something I’ll carry with me forever.

You always reminded us that “nothing is impossible with God.” I’ll hold onto those words every day, and even more now that you truly are an angel. Rest in peace, Letty.

Nos unimos en su dolor, en su tristeza, en esta pena que desborda su corazón, lamentamos el hecho de ya no verla, la convivencia siempre fue un acto de apoyo y ala vez  el sentimiento de  unión que  nosotros como familia tuvimos con ella en sus diversas etapas de la vida, por mencionar alguna los viajes de vacaciones de Adolescentes, el tiempo nos revela que nuestra estancia aquí en la tierra es efímero, por lo tanto como creyentes en la luz de Cristo creemos que su vida ha tomado un existir en el Cielo y que muy pronto hemos de reunirnos y disfrutar en el banquete del Señor, reciban un fuerte abrazo de parte de la Tía Naty y su familia. Acompañándonos  en un día tan especial.

El 16 de marzo de 2025, Letty me llamó para invitarme a un desayuno. Cuando llegué a IHOP, no había nadie… y de repente llega mi mamá desde Texas directamente del aeropuerto como sorpresa! Nos fuimos al spa, al salón de belleza juntas, días después Letty y Alex organizaron una fiesta de cumpleaños . Ella me dijo que sería algo pequeño… ¡y terminó llenando el salón de invitados! Mi hermana me consentía y siempre sabía exactamente mis deseos…todos en esta foto fueron cómplices.

Lety siempre fue muy generosa conmigo y mi hermano, en una ocación no teníamos lugar a donde ir y Lety nos acogió y nos dejó vivir en su casa por un tiempo. Siempre la voy a recordar con una gran sonrisa en su cara y esa amabilidad que siempre tenía. También recuerdo que tuve la oportunidad de visitarla cuando estaba en medio de su enfermedad y aún así siempre tenía una actitud positiva.

Tia Letty, thank you for always helping us and supporting us in the things we set out to do. I always remember getting Atlanta  shirts, hats, keychains from you as a kid, showing us you were always thinking of us. When I wanted to become a lawyer, you let me work with you and Keith in your office to learn things and prepare for school. When I changed my mind a few years later, you invited me into your home so I could pursue the career I wanted. Even after I got the job I wanted and moved out because I got married, you welcomed me with open arms. I will miss the early mornings when I would get off work and go hang out at your house (probably woke you up earlier than you wanted a few times). I'm going to miss playing the guitar for you, especially when you needed encouragement. I'm glad I could at least help in a small way, considering all the big ways you helped me and my family. No estaría viviendo en esta Georgia si no fuera por usted. La voy a extrañar tía!

Letty has always been near and dear to us, she was always so kind and caring. We always enjoyed being with her and the joy she gave us, always smiling. She was such an amazing person and we have no words of how much we’ll miss her. What an amazing woman!

God sent this wonderful woman and her entire family and office into our lives 15 years ago.   She challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and with her help, I did.  Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness and faithfulness is the only way to describe her. This absence, though painful, is temporary for all of God’s children.  See you later my friend!

We are living in a time that we did not want. But we are proud to have been a part of Letty Vieira's life.
So dear and kind. With tears in our eyes, we say goodbye to her in this life. But we will see her in heaven next to God.

I didn’t think this day would come so soon. You were more than just my mom’s sister to me, you were a role model, home base, the emergency contact, the safe space. The stability you provided was God’s divine intervention. God used you to work in my life. Your love, leadership & servitude helped heal & comfort me. You taught me how to praise and worship Him. You are a really inspirational powerhouse. l thought we had more time but life is short. After a 2 year battle, King Jesus called you home today. June 12, 1969 - November 2, 2025. Every single year and milestone of my life thus far, you have been apart of it. I have memories with you at every age. Like when you did my senior year prom hair, how you were my biggest cheerleader at my highschool and college graduation. Thank you for going to all of the GSU games! You were there for the highs and the lows. You never left my side & I know you still won’t. Te quiero mucho Tía Letty. Gracias por todo lo que hiciste por me. Nunca te voy a olvidar. All I can say is thank you for the time we had. I’ll cherish all the lessons you taught me and I wish I could learn new lessons from you but I’ll keep God first and try to make you proud.
