Linda Dianne Clark of Stockbridge, GA passed away on April 16, 2019. She was born to the late William Earl and Jesse Louise Bafford in Atlanta, GA on July 17, 1947. She met the love of her life; David, at Christian Fellowship Church and they married on December 18, 1964. Linda is best known as “Nana” to not only her grandchildren and great grandchildren but to many others as well. She was a beautiful soul and a true woman of God who diligently and faithfully served the Lord. She had a heart of gold and she loved unconditionally and gave unselfishly. She touched and planted seeds in so many lives. She truly was a blessing to all who know and love her.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers; Jerry Bafford and Wayne Bafford.
She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband of 54 years; David Clark, her daughter; Tammy (Michael) Clark, her son; Kevin (Dusty) Clark, her eight grandchildren; Kayla (Micah), Lauryn (Ed), Morgan (Kyle), Krysten, Allyson, Gabby, Nadelyn (Jake) and Bradyn, her six great grandchildren; Bradlie, Tristan, Maddison, Charleigh, Bryson and Delilah, her four brothers-in-law; Larry (Joanne), Jeff (Christine), Marlin and Mark, her sister-in-law; Tootsie Bafford, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Family and friends will be received for a visitation on Friday, April 19, 2019 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home located at 376 Fairview Rd in Stockbridge, GA 30281. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 11 AM at Stockbridge Assembly of God Church located at 3910 N. Henry Blvd in Stockbridge, GA. Interment will take place at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
