Linda Smith Ward, 57, of Villa Rica, GA passed away Sunday, September 12, 2010 at her residence. Linda is preceded in death by her daughter Tracy Glass. Mrs. Ward was born in Atlanta, GA. December 9, 1952. She is survived by her parents, Vernon and Johnnie Smith of McDonough, her husband Lawrence T. Ward of Villa Rica, GA; daughters Tabitha Mooney, and Tammy Green; sons Matt Jones, Danny Ward, and Joshua Ward; brothers Mike Smith, David Smith, Steve Smith, Greg Smith, and Jason Smith; sisters Dondra Quinton, Karen Van Horn, Lisa Tucker, and Leslie Dickenson; several nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 18, 2010 at Oakland Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Smith officiating. Inurnment will follow at Spring Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
