Marcus “Mark” Thomas Thrasher, Sr., age 79, of Riverdale, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 3, 2017, at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel at 3:00pm, with Perry Reuben officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge.
He is survived by his wife, Celia Diane Thrasher, sons; Benny & Celia Boatwright and Michael & Shari Thrasher, daughter; Sally Marie & Mike York, 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 1 brother and several nieces and nephews.
