Nancy Winter Fair Ferguson

Nancy was born on June 2, 1954 in Atlanta, Georgia to Warden and Myrtle Winter. She was educated in the Dekalb County School System at Walker High School. Nancy dedicated her adult life to caring for others. She was faithful in her walk with God. Prayer, praise, and worship were essential in her daily routine. Her love for Christ inspired her missionary work in Jamaica, Mexico, and Guatemala. Nancy loved her family very much, especially her grandbabies. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by one sister, Trisha Martenn and one granddaughter, Chelsey Hope. She leaves a host of family and friends to cherish her memory; former husband of 17 years, Gaines T. Fair; four children, April DeAnn Fair, Alicia Dawn Flanagan (Doug), Andrea Day Tillery (Chris) and Gaines Aaron Fair; four siblings, Carolyn Hawkins (Carroll), Johnny Winter (Lynn), Tommy Winter, and Susie Garner; her grandbabies that she loved dearly, Darrian, Angel, Isaiah, Star, Emma, Charlie and Daniel.

A visitation will be held for Nancy on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home, 376 Fairview Road Stockbridge, Ga 30281. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 1:00 PM. A committal service will immediately follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens, located at 164 Fairview Road Stockbridge, Ga 30281.
