I wanted to express my deepest condolences to you, The Robbins Family. Otis was our UPS driver for many years and each day he would come in with his huge smile and infectious laugh to make the deliveries. While he was here he would make sure he would speak to each of us, cut up in some way and usually remember some member of our family -- This man was probably the most down to earth, personable man I have ever known. When he said he was going to retire, we knew we were going to miss seeing him terribly. Now heaven gained an awesome Angel and he is with the Angels having a big time. My heart goes out to your family because mine is very heavy too.

May God Bless You
